I wanted once again to clarify the whole problem andtherefore I invited Molotov [Russian Foreign Commissar] to Berlin.

I could not help but to refuse such consent.

The second question concerned Rumania …

3. Molotovdemanded that Russia should retain the right to send garrisons to Bulgaria andthus to give a Russian guarantee to Bulgaria.
[FONT=dir=rtl lang=AR-SA]ملوتوف تقاضا كرد كه روسيه نبايد حق فرستادن پادگان ها به بلغارستان وبنابراين دادن يك ضمانت روسي به بلغارستان را از دست دهد. 
What this means we know from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The fourth question referred to the Dardanelles.
