علت خاموش بودن این دو گزینه چیست ؟

1-میتونه مشکل از ویندوز باشه (که شاید اگه دوباره نصب کنی مشکل حل بشه)

2-میتونه مشکل از سخت افزار کارت شبکه(یا شایدم مودم خالی) باشه

اگه من بودم کارت شبکه مو دوباره نصب میکردم

راه های پیشنهادی شما دوستان هم امتحان کردم ولی جواب نگرفتم . ! در ضمن حتی یک بار هم ویندوز را اپدیت کردم (منظورم اینه که Upgrade از روی سی دی ویندوز بود)

Method 1
Delete the NextID value in the registry. To do this, follow these steps:
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
Locate and click the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Telephony\Cards
In the right pane of Registry Editor window, click NextID.
On the Edit menu, click Delete.
When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
On the File menu, click Exit to quit Registry Editor.
Restart the computer.
Start the New Connection Wizard, and then create a new dial-up modem connection or PPPoE connection.

If you can create a new dial-up modem connection or PPPoE connection, do not go to the next method. If the issue is not resolved, go to Method 2.




Method 2
Delete the Telephony key in the Windows registry, and then perform an in-place upgrade of Windows XP. To do this, follow these steps:
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
Locate and click the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Telephony
On the Edit menu, click Delete.
When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
On the File menu, click Exit to quit Registry Editor.
Perform an in-place upgrade of Windows XP.

در این صورت نباید مشکل نرم افزاری باشه

با یه کارت شبکه ی دیگه امتحان کن

اگه لپ تاپه با یه اکسترنال امتحان کن ببین مشکل حل میشه

در ضمن من دوتا ویندوز اکس پی دارم که این مشکل را در ویندوز دیگرم ندارم . . .
